We specialize in unique home plans tailored specifically for your family.  You bring your basic ideas, wish list and square footage requirements and we begin creating. We can sit down together in our Gainesville, GA office or a computer across the country. The idea is to visualize all your rooms and features now to avoid costly changes during construction.

Custom plans start at $1,200 and include two revisions for one final plan (electronic copy).  Custom home plans require initial down payment of half and final payment before final copy is sent.  Additional revisions beyond the 2 included, will be paid prior to updating changes.  Our goal is for the customer to be satisfied with their final product.

Plans can be created from any combination of floor plans or ideas you may have. We can also make revisions to any of the floor plans on our site.  Email us for quick pricing.
